Who you are dealing with
AI PhD, run from Detroit, MI, by the same team as trainwithagents and ragcreator. Not a university. Not accredited. No school here awards a degree or a credential: you finish with a record of what you passed.
Your account
You sign in with a link we email you. One account works on all three schools. An account exists once you start a checkout with your email. Anyone who can read your inbox can sign in as you, so keep it secure. You must be 18 or older.
Prices and billing
- AI PhD Semester One: $27 once. Your access does not expire while the school runs.
- A membership: $19 a month for one school. It renews every month until you cancel.
- All Access, every school: $29 a month or $197 a year. It renews every month or every year until you cancel.
- Buying All Access while you hold a membership: Your current membership stops at the end of the period you paid for, so you are never billed twice. Nothing is prorated.
- If a renewal payment fails, Stripe tries it again and you keep access while it does. If it never goes through, the membership ends.
Cancelling
Cancel a membership in one click at /account/membership. Cancelling stops the next charge. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Cancelling is not a refund.
Refunds
- One-time purchases: a full refund inside 30 days of buying, self-serve at /account/refund. Access to what you bought ends when the refund is made.
- Memberships are cancelled, not refunded.
- After 30 days, or if the refund page cannot do it, write to jack@dotcomjack.com.
- If a payment ever reaches us for an account that was deleted, we refund it.
Referral reward
When someone makes a one-time purchase through your referral link, you both get 7 days of membership on that school. A reward is granted 31 days after the purchase, once its refund window has passed, and only if it was not refunded. Once you have had 5 rewards in any 30 days, further referrals reward neither of you. Referring yourself, or another address that reaches your inbox, earns nothing.
Scores
Your work is scored automatically, by code checks and by AI models. A score can be wrong. It is feedback, not a credential.
Your work
You own what you send in. You let us store it and process it to score it and to show it back to you. Deleting your account deletes it.
Fair use
Do not try to break or overload the scoring, do not resell or share your access, do not scrape the site with automated tools, and upload only what you have the right to use.
Connected AI apps
An AI app you connect is run by its own company, under its own terms. We are not responsible for what it does with what it reads. The privacy page says what it can read and how to disconnect it.
Disclaimers and limits
The schools are provided as they are. Lessons change and can be retired. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. These terms are governed by the laws of Michigan.
Changes
When these terms change, the date at the top changes with them.
