What a seat includes

A seat is the same full access one person buys on their own. There is no higher plan.

How it works

Everything happens on this site. There is nobody to call and nothing to wait for.

  1. 1. Buy seats

    Pick how many seats you need and pay on our secure checkout page. You get a receipt and a paid invoice by email.

  2. 2. Invite people

    Sign in to your manager page with the email you paid with, and invite each person by their email address.

  3. 3. They accept

    Each person signs in with the address you invited and accepts the seat. It is theirs from then on.

  4. 4. See progress

    Your manager page shows which courses each person finished and how many lessons they have done in each. Never their lesson text, their answers or their chats.

What you pay, and what happens after

The charge
One charge for every seat in the order, in US dollars, on the day you buy: the seat price times the number of seats. The checkout page shows the total before you pay.
The receipt
A receipt and a paid invoice go to the email you give. The business name, address and tax ID you add at checkout appear on the invoice.
Renewal
None. This is not a subscription. Nothing renews, there is no next charge, and there is nothing to cancel.
Refund, 30 days
A full refund of the whole order for any reason within 30 days of buying. Sign in with the email you paid with and press Refund on the refunds page: one click, no form and no questions.
After a refund
Every seat in the order ends when the refund goes through, including seats people already accepted. Their access ends and their points go with it. A refund also cancels the record of any course you finished, and its public page then says Revoked.
After day 30
The payment is final and there is no refund. Each seat lasts as long as we run AI PhD.
Seats not used yet
A seat waits until you invite someone. You can take back an invite nobody accepted and send the seat to someone else. A seat someone accepted stays theirs, unless they delete their AI PhD account: then the seat comes back to you.
More seats later
Buy more from your manager page at that day's price. The 10% off applies when that order has 5 or more seats.
The price later
The $97 founding price ends on Nov 28, 2026. From Nov 29, 2026 a seat is $497, or $447.30 at 5 or more. Seats bought at the founding price never cost more.

Before you buy

Who teaches the lessons?
Sol, an AI, teaches every lesson. It says so when you first meet it, and the label beside its name says so on every message. It never pretends to be a person.
What does the manager see?
Which courses each person finished and how many lessons they have done in each. Never their lesson text, their answers or their chats with Sol, our AI instructor. Each person reads this before they accept.
Can the buyer take a seat too?
Yes. Invite your own email and accept it like anyone else. Buying seats does not give you access by itself.
What if someone already has full access?
They do not need a seat. An account that already has full access cannot accept one, so the seat stays free for someone else.
Is there anyone to call?
No. You buy, invite and manage seats on this site. If you have a question, write to support@ai-phd.com.
