Security
How we keep your account safe
We keep as little about you as we can, and we protect what we keep. Here is how, in plain words.
Signing in
- There is no password to steal. You sign in with a 6 digit code or a link we email you.
- A sign-in link works once and expires 15 minutes after we send it. A code allows 5 tries.
- We limit how many sign-in requests one address or one email can make, to stop guessing.
- Your sign-in is kept in a cookie that page scripts cannot read, sent only over a secure connection.
Paying
Our payment processor takes your card on its own secure checkout page. Your card number never reaches us.
In a lesson
- Sol, our AI instructor, never asks for a password, a key, a code or a card number.
- Before anything you type goes to the AI, the site hides what looks like an API key, a private key, a card number, a Social Security number, a password, a one-time code or a bank account number, and tells you what it hid.
- What you type to Sol is not kept on our side. The conversation stays in your browser.
The site itself
- Every page is served over a secure connection only.
- Our pages run only our own scripts, plus our host's privacy-first page counter, which sets no cookies.
- Our pages cannot be framed inside another site.
Report a problem
If you find a security problem, write to support@ai-phd.com. Please give us time to fix it before you share it. Our security.txt says the same.
