Receipts and invoices

Every payment gets a receipt by email. Here is what it shows and how to get one for your company.

Your receipt

Your receipt comes to the email you gave at checkout, from our payment processor, right after you pay.
It shows what you bought, the amount in US dollars and the date.
It is one charge. Nothing renews, so no second receipt follows.

A receipt for your company

Buying seats for a team? The team checkout asks for your billing address and lets you add your business name and, where it is offered for your country, your tax ID. You then get a paid invoice that shows them by email, beside the receipt. See For organizations.

Bought for yourself and need your company's name or tax ID on the receipt? Write to support@ai-phd.com from the email you paid with. Tell us the company name, its address and its tax ID, if it has one.
