Your data, in plain words

What we keep

• Your email address, so you can sign in and get your receipt.
• What you bought and when. Never your card number.
• Your progress: the lessons you finished and your quick check answers.
• Anything you send in a lesson's feedback box, with the lesson it came from.
• The name you put on the record of a course you finished. That record's page is public to anyone with its ID.
• Your IP address, only to stop abuse, like too many sign-in requests.
• If an organization buys seats: its name, and the email addresses its manager invites, even before that person has an account. The manager can see each seat's progress: which courses are finished and how many lessons are done. Never what anyone types, their answers or their chats.

What we never collect

• No passwords: you sign in with a code or a link we email you.
• No card numbers: our payment processor takes your card on its own page.
• No ads, no ad networks and no tracking pixels in our emails. We sell nothing about you.

Your lessons

What you type to Sol, our AI instructor, goes to it to write each reply. This site does not keep it. The conversation stays in your browser, on that phone or computer.

Your choices

• Delete your account in one step at /account/delete.
• Stop any practice email with the one-click link at its bottom.
• Ask for a copy of what we hold about you at support@ai-phd.com. We answer within 30 days.

You must be 18 or older to make an account or buy. A sign-in lasts 30 days, or until you sign out.
